Parking in Geraldton

Parking information | Changes to on-street parking and carpark parking in the CBD | Accessible parking | Time restricted areas | General parking | RV and campervan parking

The 91ÊÓƵAPP¹ÙÍø is committed to making parking in the CBD easy, accessible, and convenient for everyone.

To improve traffic flow and ensure availability in busy areas, parking zones are clearly marked with time limits.

These include 1P (one hour) and 2P (two hours) zones, which are free of charge.

Always check signage before leaving your vehicle, as time limits are enforced and Ranger's patrol regularly.

Parking information

Loading zones are for commercial and delivery vehicles only while actively loading and unloading goods.

ACROD Parking bays are available throughout the city for people with disabilities. A valid ACROD permit must be clearly displayed on the passenger side dashboard. Parking in these bays without a permit is an offence.

    Accessible parking

Accessible parking bays are available throughout Geraldton to support people with disabilities and mobility challenges. These bays are clearly marked and located close to key facilities, services, and public spaces to ensure ease of access.

To use an accessible bay, a valid ACROD permit must be displayed on the passenger side dashboard. Parking in these bays without a permit is a breach of local laws and may result in a fine.

This will establish eligibility for the use of easy access bays and free parking provided by the 91ÊÓƵAPP¹ÙÍø for people with disabilities.

ACROD parking information and application forms are available at
