Damaged Bin Form Use this form to report a damaged bin. PLEASE NOTE: Rubbish bins are responsibility of the property owner. Parts will be replaced if possible before an entire replacement bin is provided. Full replacement will only occur if the below criteria are met: Australian Standard Bin Less than 6 years old Damaged during collection The City reserves the right to investigate damaged bin claims on a case-by-case basis.
